Located in the beautiful Montgomery County area, I am a licensed Texas Realtor with over 24 years experience mostly in the Houston area. I have been in the Montgomery County area for over 14 years serving buyers and sellers in Montgomery County which includes Montgomery, Willis, Magnolia and The Woodlands. I have been associated with RE/MAX all of those 14 years. I bring a vast knowledge of this industry to my clients and have helped hundreds of home buyers and sellers understand the local market and negotiate successfully to attain a rewarding end result. My highest commitment to my clients is to use my extensive real estate education to make this process a little easier. With today’s fast paced and complex market place it is more competitive than ever. Having my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) designations has been invaluable. This has allowed me to assure my clients they are working with a true professional. Unique training and know-how allow me to create opportunities, identify and avoid pitfalls to achieve that successful close. Only 4% of the Realtors nationwide have attained the CRS designation.
