Located in the beautiful Conroe – Lake Conroe area, I am a licensed Texas Realtor with over 23 years experience mostly in the Houston area. I have been in the Conroe area for 13 years serving buyers and sellers in North Montgomery County which includes Montgomery, Willis, Magnolia and The Woodlands. I have been associated with ReMax Conroe – Lake Conroe all of those 13 years. I bring a vast knowledge of this industry to my clients and have helped hundreds of home buyers and sellers understand the local market and negotiate successfully to attain a rewarding end result. My highest commitment to my clients is to use my extensive real estate education to make this process a little easier. With today’s fast paced and complex market place it is more competitive than ever. Having my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) designations has been invaluable. This has allowed me to assure my clients that they are working with a true professional. The unique training and know-how allows me create opportunities, identify and avoid pitfalls and achieve that successful close. Only 4% of the Realtors nationwide have attained the CRS designation.
